Mark your calendars and join us on 7 December 2023 to explore innovative strategies to break down barriers that limit women's career choices.

When it comes to choosing a career path, young women often find themselves at a crossroads. They are confronted with societal biases that steer them away from fields traditionally considered "masculine," despite the high demand, increased social recognition, and better pay these professions often offer. Additionally, many women face barriers to progress in these areas, impeding their pursuit of fulfilling careers. Understanding why these disparities persist and exploring effective strategies to mitigate them is crucial for fostering a more equitable and inclusive society.

Supporting women in pursuing their professional aspirations:

The final conference of the JOIN THE GAME project, co-funded by the European Union's Erasmus+ program and organized in collaboration with the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC), aims to explore strategies to support women in pursuing their professional aspirations, unrestricted by gender stereotypes, and advancing their participation in traditionally "masculine" domains.
